Your role involves extracting, cleaning, and interpreting data from multiple systems to uncover trends in hiring, workforce gaps, and campaign performance. Youll build dashboards and reports that help HR and communications teams target the right audiences, refine messaging, and track outcomes. Whether its visualising applicant flow or forecasting future needs, your insights will shape how the public sector attracts top talent.
What you'll need to succeed
Advanced excel skills (including power queries)Strong Database admin/ manipulation skills MS lists & MS forms (Desirable)Experience with SharePoint (data extraction not building from scratch)
