The Role
The Group Manager, Enterprise Risk will work collaboratively with all levels of Risk Management across Crown Group, Crown Properties, and Crown Subsidiaries to ensure a consistent and effective approach is applied to managing risk across the organisation. Tasked with the overseeing of risk management in Group Services functions, including adherence to the Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and supporting risk frameworks, whilst providing proactive, professional risk management support and guidance to Group Services functions at Crown. You will be responsible for:
* Manage and provide support and guidance to Group Services management to ensure adherence to requirements in the RMS and supporting frameworks
* Monitor and report on Group Services adherence to requirements in the RMS and supporting risk frameworks
* Ensure that corporate-level risk profiles are consistently developed and maintained (in line with the requirements of the RMS)
* Review, challenge and endorse (where appropriate) corporate / business risk profiles
* Lead Line 2 oversight and reporting of Group Services risks, issues and events
* Engage with relevant business stakeholders in Group Services functions to effectively communicate expectations and support the business in identifying and managing risks
About You
* Extensive experience in Risk Management roles (or associated competencies) at ASX-listed or large companies
* A Degree (or higher qualification) in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business Management; Law; MBA etc.)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee License (VIC & NSW) and a DLGSCI - Key Employee License
* Experience in Technology and Operational Risk Management
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously
