An established property investment and mortgage broking business based in the Sutherland Shire is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator & Assistant to support a busy, fast‐paced team.
This is a hands‐on, admin‐heavy role focused on client follow‐ups, coordination, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients post‐sale and post‐settlement. Ideal for someone with a background in real estate or finance administration who thrives on structure, organisation, and follow‐through.
The Role
You will be the central point of support across both the property and finance sides of the business, ensuring everything is followed up and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing inboxes, client communication, and correspondence
* Coordinating meetings, appointments, and property inspections
* Overseeing all client follow‐ups and ongoing touchpoints
* Supporting mortgage clients post‐approval and post‐settlement
* Keeping clients informed on timelines, next steps, and documentation
* CRM management, data entry, and database maintenance
* General office administration and scheduling
* Assisting with post‐sales administration including rental reviews and increases
About You
* Experience in real estate, property, or finance administration
* Strong attention to detail and excellent follow‐up habits
* Confident communicator with a client‐first approach
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Based in or around the Sutherland Shire
