Technical Lift Sales Expert
Drive revenue growth nationwide by providing commercially sound, technically competitive solutions to both existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure lift repair and upgrade opportunities across customer portfolios.
* Prepare accurate quotations aligned with safety standards.
* Conduct site surveys, assess lift conditions, and translate findings into clear proposals.
* Collaborate with Service Managers, Engineers, and Regional Teams to ensure effective project delivery.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain a CRM sales pipeline and drive growth.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in lift repairs, modernisation, or technical sales.
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and safety regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technical environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Commercial awareness and ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
Proficient with CRM tools and quoting systems.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
