Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist Leader
The position is seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health specialist to oversee clinical services, governance, and support for a multidisciplinary team of clinicians working with children and adolescents.
This includes:
* Providing high-level clinical leadership and consultancy skills
* Assessing and providing evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and their families/carers
* Supervising mental health clinicians from all disciplines
* Upholding standards of clinical practice
* Ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks
* Driving/traveling as required for the role
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications and current registration with AHPRA or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers
* Demonstrated high-level clinical and consultancy skills
* Proven ability to think critically, problem solve, and make timely sound clinical decisions
* Current unrestricted drivers' license and willingness to drive/travel
