Situated on the picturesque Swan River, the Tradewinds Hotel is an iconic venue in East Fremantle, a stone's throw from the vibrant streets of Fremantle. As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll have the responsibility of being the face and voice of our wonderful food and beverage offering. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for operating and managing the food and beverage department and personnel to maximise the profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
* Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise revenue.
* Lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate menus and dining concepts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in food and beverage management (minimum 3-5 years).
* Strong leadership and team‐building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* In‐depth knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry practices.
* Budget management and financial acumen.A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
