Change Manager
Adelaide | 5-Month Contract (Strong Extension Potential) | $70–80ph + Super
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager for a full-time contract role based in Adelaide. This opportunity will commence immediately and run for an initial 5 months, with strong potential for extension. A competitive hourly rate is on offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans, including communication, training, resistance management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Partner with leaders and managers to address team concerns and support adoption.
* Conduct impact assessments to analyse change effects across departments and individuals.
* Identify, engage, and manage key stakeholders effectively.
* Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure smooth delivery.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience working within Healthcare and with Local Health Networks.
* Strong background in developing, implementing, and evaluating change management and communication strategies for ICT projects.
* Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering high-quality communications tailored for multiple audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience using various communication tools, such as intranet/webpages, organisational messaging, group-specific communication, and collaborating with media teams for external engagement.
* A current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months).
