Experienced Trade Qualified Butcher
Full Time - 38 Hours (Tues-Sat) GRIA - Level 4

Work where the craft still matters—Fresh & Save offers full production Butchery, with hands-on slicing, boning, mincing and packing of all proteins right in store.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following key attributes;
* Experience in production butchery.
* Appropriate trade qualifications.
* Are hands on & lead by example.
* Experience in processing of all proteins – including body meat, marinating & crumbing, value add product.
* Happy to contribute to all facets of the department – includes packing, case merchandising, cleaning etc.
* Experience in supporting & training butchery apprentices.
* Understand principles of shrink minimisation
* Keen eye for merchandising & product quality.
* Understands the importance of following Food Safety & WHO&S programs.
* Works well autonomously & as part of a team.
