About the Role
Our Industrial Division is seeking applications for a 6-month electrical construction project in Townsville commencing in October 2024. We are seeking Townsville residents for the following roles:
Leading Hands
E&I; Dual Traders
Trades assistant
6 month / Full Time chance with opportunity for extension and relocation to other projects
We will Provide
Attractive remuneration
6 month / Full Time prospect with opportunity for extension and relocation to other projects
6 days on / 1 day off roster & 5 days on / 2 day off roster
Skills and experience
Electrical Mechanic Licence (Qld)
Manual Driver License (C)
CPR-LVR
Work Safely at Heights
High Risk Work Licence - Work Platform
Telehandler (Trades Assistants)
About you
2 years in electrical construction on industrial projects
Good working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, 3012, 3017, 3760, 3008.1, 4836
Safety first attitude to work within a positive safety culture
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Strong communication and organisation skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
The role includes operation of heavy machinery and the performance of safety critical and high precision tasks. As such, applicants must not be prescribed medication or suffer from a medical condition that may affect ability to perform such tasks.
