Your new company
This highly established commercial organisation located in Perth requires an experienced and qualified Tax Accountant for an estimated 6-12 months fixed-term contract.
This position is ideally looking to start ASAP within the coming 2-4 weeks.
Your new role
Reporting to and supporting the Tax Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation fully complies with all tax obligations, statutory reporting, income tax, FBT, GST, PAYG, BAS and employment taxes.
Additionally, you will prepare statutory tax effect accounting and reports, undertake various projects, complete monthly reconciliation of tax accounts and provide technical tax support for the payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
- Availability to start this Tax Accountant position within the next 2-4 weeks
- CA / CPA full accounting qualification
- Proven strong tax and technical accounting experience
- Experience of having worked in a Top-Tier or Mid-Tier firm specialising in tax accounting matters
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various internal and external stakeholders
- Full commitment to the estimated 6-12 months Fixed-Term Contract position

The annual salary on offer is highly attractive, offered in the range of between $110,000 upto $140,000 + super (then pro-rata) dependent on relevant experience.
