Backed by Broadcom as a strategic partner, we are expanding our team and we're seeking a VMware Consultants and Architects with deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) to design, implement, and optimise virtualised infrastructure within highly secure environments. The role involves hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and client engagement to deliver robust VCF platforms aligned with strategic program requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Design and deploy VCF-based infrastructure across secure environments
* Configure and manage vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, and SDDC Manager components
* Lead integration of VCF with existing Defence systems and cloud platforms
* Perform health checks, upgrades, and lifecycle management of VCF stacks
* Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and SOPs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery and sustainment
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
* Ensure compliance with ASD ISM and Defence ICT standards
Education/Certifications Required
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
* VMware Certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCF, VCDX) highly desirable.
Knowledge/Skills Required
* Proven experience delivering and managing VMware Cloud Foundation environments
* Strong understanding of virtualisation, networking, and storage architecture
* Hands-on expertise with vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, and SDDC Manager
* Familiarity with automation tools (Aria Automation, Ansible, Terraform)
* Experience working within Defence or secure government environments
* Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
