Location: Broome
Hours: Fulltime, 38-hour week, Monday - Friday

Located in Broome, the role supports children and young people in Out-of-Home Care through case management, therapeutic planning, and frontline coaching. The position drives positive outcomes by embedding trauma-informed, culturally safe practices and ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.

Duties
The day‐to‐day responsibilities include:
* Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals
* Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care
* Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards
* Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments
Skills & Experience
* Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of trauma‐informed and therapeutic care practices
* Strong documentation and compliance capability
* Current driver's license and probity clearances
* Diploma in Community, Youth, or Social Work (ideal, but not essential)
