About Your Role
This role will report to a highly experienced Product Manager and expert in the field. You will be responsible for developing and implementing systems, processes, and programs to optimise and scale our technical capabilities, ensuring they meet both the current and future requirements of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostic and technical support through direct contact with dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customers service staff
* Monitor product performance, maintain records and coordinate improvements for technical problems, service issues and emerging product concerns to support proactive resolution and continuous product improvement
* Establish and maintain relationships and regular contact with key technical personnel across our portfolio of brands and suppliers both domestically and internationally
* Provide support to our product development program through technical insight, adherence and compliance to safety and design standards, prototype development, infield testing and analysis

Skill Requirements:
* Basic understanding and knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, electrical and hydraulic systems and mechanical trades or related fields
* Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyse technical publications such as schematics, service and spare parts literature, technical bulletins and detailed product specifications
* Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Advanced presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively present and influence at all levels
