Operational Manager
We are seeking a proactive operational and customer service focused professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of branch resources, both front and back of house. A motivated and driven individual with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service will thrive in this opportunity.
Duties
* Coordinate the correct fleet mix within the branch
* Drive rental utilisation, sales and customer service within the branch
* Resolve roster issues on a daily basis
* Complete branch reporting and reconciliation as required
* Supervise a positive working environment
Requirements
* A strong personality that can take ownership at supervisory level
* Car and truck rental experience preferred
* A desire to work in a 'Hands On' role
* Effective usage of interpersonal skills and communication style to coach staff
* Able to exceed customer expectations in terms of service and product quality
* A competitive mindset where sales targets are exceeded through teamwork
