Achieve Australia has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, we are a registered NDIS provider offering accommodation, community participation, drop in/in home support, supported employment and support coordination services in Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW. **About the role**:
We currently have multiple locations and multiple shifts at each location that we are recruiting for, which are:
**Do you want to work around your current commitments and have the flexibility and variety to do varied locations**, **in home support and community participation?**
Then we have the job for you. We have varied hours throughout Monday to Friday, some short shifts and some longer. Possibility to work in a few locations to increase hours and work around school drop offs/pick ups or other commitments you may have. Sometimes working full days and full time doesn't allow this flexibility. We have numerous availability as shown below:
**Guildford**: Multiple shifts Monday to Friday ranging from 9am - 5pm. Usually 3-6 hours in length
** please note above are time frames the shifts fall within
Undertake routine processes and procedures to assist in providing clients with quality client nursing and disability support services, taking a person-centred approach in line with the customer service framework and in compliance with the organisation's policies, processes and procedures, to meet the National Standards for Disability Services and all regulatory and legislative requirements.

To be successful in this role you will be required to address the following selection criteria:
- Sound interpersonal, role modelling and customer service skills;
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing environments;
- Understanding and commitment to the Disability Service Standards and WHS;
- Understanding of human rights and the challenges facing those with a disability;
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and
- Experience in working with and supporting adults deemed as having significant complexity in their lives.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
