Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
* Minimum 1 year experience in a Duty Manager, Hotel Supervisor or similar role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Understanding of budgeting, stock control and compliance requirements
* Valid RSA
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising daily hotel and motel operations during assigned shifts.
* Ensuring high standards of guest service, presentation and cleanliness.
* Managing front office, housekeeping and food & beverage coordination.
* Handling guest enquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
* Monitoring staff performance and providing guidance and training.
* Preparing and managing staff rosters.
* Assisting with reservations, check-ins and check-outs when required.
* Overseeing stock control, purchasing and cost management.
* Maintaining accurate financial and operational records.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.
* Supporting management in achieving revenue and operational targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
