What You'll Be Doing
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of community mental health services.
You'll provide expert administrative and clerical support to multidisciplinary teams, clients, carers, and stakeholders — contributing directly to quality care delivery and patient experience.

Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer serviceManage appointments, correspondence, and administrative workflows with accuracy and confidentialityProvide high-level support for meetings, tribunal hearings, and documentationCoordinate rostering, payroll support, invoicing and purchasing functionsUse your advanced MS Office skills to create professional documents, presentations and reports

Relevant qualifications in business, office administration and/or equivalent experience in similar office/administrative/customer service/reception rolesDemonstrated high level and effective interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication and the ability to confidently and courteously communicate with a wide range and variety of individuals and organisations both internally and externallyHigh level customer service skills, with a demonstrated commitment to providing high quality service and maintaining confidentiality and privacyDemonstrated good computer literacy with Microsoft office suite products, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience in the use of computer hardware, various electronic administration systems and databasesDemonstrated excellent administrative and organisation skills with strong accuracy and attention to detailDemonstrated good ability to plan, prioritise and organise a wide range of administrative tasks in a high volume work environment and display time management and problem solving skills to meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable, use initiative and work effectively without supervision as well as in collaboration with other staff members contributing to a well-functioning team
