About The Role
As a CBRE Data Center Supervisor, you will provide oversight over the team that performs advanced preventative maintenance and complex corrective repairs within a Data Center operation.
What You'll Do
* Manage, plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the support team members to ensure effective delivery of services.
* Ensure daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment are conducted.
* Verify the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment.
* Assist staff with difficult planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on all equipment as needed.
* Review meter readings from UPS, PDU and utilities to ensure accurate information.
* Confirm safety processes and requirements on all regulatory requirements and quality standards are met.
* Review quality checks and retain comprehensive maintenance records.
* Develop and implement advanced work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and EOPs/SOPs for critical work with risk assessment.
* Ensure vendors meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations while aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
* Complete all required training to ensure successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.
* Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
* Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
* Accountable for full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
* Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
* Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
* Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.
* Leads the preparation and delivery of comprehensive account reviews, providing strategic insights, performance analysis, and growth opportunities to key stakeholders.
* Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
* Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
What You'll Need
* High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
* Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
* Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

* Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
* Ability to process and prioritize competing customer requests.
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

* Ability to read and understand building blueprints and mechanical/electrical one-line drawings.
