We are seeking a skilled and experienced hospitality professional to lead our team as a Publican. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading from the front, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our pub.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. They will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development. You will also need to hold current industry qualifications, such as RSA and RSG, and be familiar with pub operations and management.
