Production Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Worker to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing raw materials for production, operating machinery, and supporting food processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare raw materials for production in the Pre-Mix area
* Operate machinery and support food processing tasks
* Perform repetitive manual tasks and safely lift items up to 25kg
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with a sharp eye for detail
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's licence and your own transport (limited public transport available)
* Previous experience in food manufacturing and machine operation
* Strong physical stamina for manual labour and repetitive tasks
* Solid understanding of food safety protocols
* A forklift licence is a bonus—or a willingness to obtain one
