Key Responsibilities · Coach & Develop: Coach and mentor future leaders, building trust, engagement and performance. · Team Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador and motivate, inspire, and energise a talented group of Store Managers. · Customer Focus: Ensure an exceptional customer experience across your region. · Operational Excellence: Drive standards, cost control, VM, stock management to achieve profit targets. · Store Visits: Review KPIs, sales and standards, lifting performance across all stores. · Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse KPIs to create clear, actionable strategies. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. To Be Successful: · Experienced: 3 years in a fashion retail multi-site leadership role. · Inspiring Leader: Able to coach, inspire and build high performing teams. · Retail Savvy: Understanding of the Retail Award, performance management, wage control and rostering · Sales Driven: Proven success driving sales and lifting results. · VM Knowledge: Strong visual merchandising understanding. · Motivating Presence: Energetic, influential, results-focused in fast-paced environments · Clear Communicator : Confident, effective communication skills. · Agile Thinker: Quick to adapt and solve problems Current drivers license and car To apply online, please click on the apply button.
