We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering light commercial projects across multiple sectors. You'll be managing projects typically valued between $1–10 million, working across healthcare, aged care, child care, petrol stations and commercial fit-outs.
This is a hands‐on role for a Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the detail, building strong relationships on site, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What you'll be doing
* Managing projects from pre‐construction through to handover
* Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
* Managing project programmes, budgets and variations
* Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Ensuring quality, safety and compliance across all sites
* Identifying and managing project risks and reporting on progress
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
* Background in light commercial projects
* Experience managing projects in the $1–10m range
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades
* Full Australian working rights
