Operations Scheduler and Compliance Support - Maternity Coverage
Contract – Maternity Leave Cover | Perth, WA
Prime Traffic Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Scheduler & Compliance Support professional to join our dynamic team on a contract basis to cover maternity leave, based in Perth, WA.
In this role, you will play a key part in offering a smooth and efficient service to our clients by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and assisting with compliance requirements. About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, vehicle and traffic management equipment for all jobs
Providing administrative and operational support to the operations team, including documentation, reporting, and communication
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance scheduling and compliance outcomes.
Monitoring and supporting compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling, with an understanding of traffic management compliance requirements
Proficiency in scheduling and operational systems, including Microsoft package, SharePoint and Alloc8 (desirable)
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a similar position in the Traffic Management Industry
