We are seeking skilled technicians to support the operation, maintenance and optimization of automated bottling and processing machinery.
The role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure production continuity, efficiency and safety. Key responsibilities include operating, monitoring and maintaining high-speed bottling and automation equipment, diagnosing and resolving faults, undertaking preventative and reactive maintenance, and assisting with system upgrades and installations.
To be successful, you will bring experience in PLCs, sensors and control panels, as well as the ability to diagnose electrical faults and manage motor drives. Mechatronics technicians should have cross-training in mechanical, electrical and control systems, skilled in mechanical repairs and calibration, and hold a Certificate III/IV in Engineering - Mechatronics or trade-qualified with relevant automation experience.
Responsibilities will include:
* Operating and monitoring high-speed bottling and automation equipment
* Diagnosing and resolving faults in a timely manner
* Performing routine maintenance and calibration tasks
* Assisting with system upgrades and installations
