The Role
This role sits within the Customer Experience team and will play a key part in delivering digital marketing activity across email, web, and omnichannel platforms.
Working closely with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for the execution, coordination, and optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hands‐on, delivery-focused role best suited to someone who enjoys working in the detail and taking ownership of campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute digital campaigns across email, web, and omnichannel platforms
* Build, QA, test and deploy campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Support campaign delivery from brief through to execution and optimisation
* Coordinate content updates across digital channels including email, web, and approved assets
* Manage workflows and approvals across platforms such as Veeva Vault and Salesforce
* Work closely with agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
* Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
* Support reporting and tracking of digital activity
* Contribute to process improvements and best‐practice ways of working
What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
* Hands‐on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio)
* Strong understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys
* Experience in an execution‐focused digital marketing or CRM role
* Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple workstreams
* Comfortable working cross‐functionally and with external agencies
Nice to Have
* Experience with Veeva Vault / PromoMats
* Understanding of Medicines Australia Code
* Exposure to analytics tools (GA4, Power BI, Looker)
* Basic HTML knowledge
* Pharma or healthcare experience (not essential)
