Configuration and Data Management Officer
Duration: 12 months Assignment

Green Light Worldwide have a requirement with our client partner for Configuration and Data Management Officer join their team on long term 12 Months assignment in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. CM/DM officer will join the experienced delivery team working in the development, deployment and support the system to the ADF consisting of complex hardware and software solutions.
This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project configuration and data management plans and processes, ensuring alignment with ASDEFCON requirements.
- Oversee and maintain project tools, information systems, and bills of materials to support program delivery.
- Manage the program’s design data, technical baselines, approved configurations, and engineering change records.
- Coordinate and facilitate Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, tracking outcomes such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and ensuring timely implementation.
- Contribute to product technical design reviews and audits by preparing documentation and participating in evaluations.
- Record and maintain accurate Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) information for effective tracking and reporting.
- Safeguard the integrity of configuration data and environments through scheduled audits and compliance checks.
- Apply appropriate controls to protect technical data, including security, export compliance, and intellectual property requirements.
Requirements:
- Configuration management in an ASDEFCON environment
- Familiarity and understanding of industry configuration management standards
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel within the program on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement.
- Ability to provide guidance and assistance to less experienced professionals and/or support employees.
