Provide guidance and support for academic staff in the use of learning and teaching technologies
About the Position
As a Learnline Support Officer, you will work collaboratively to support educators in the use of learning and teaching technologies to enhance the online experience of CDU students. This will include the provision of helpdesk operations, development of support resources and other initiatives across higher and vocational education that contribute to the quality and improvement of online course and unit design.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
1. Demonstrated experience working with and supporting Learning Management Systems (Blackboard Learn preferred) and other learning technologies, or other enterprise applications.
2. Proven ability to work as an effective team member, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment and when faced with competing priorities.
3. An outstanding commitment to customer-service and excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technologies and processes to non-technical staff.
4. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries effectively and professionally, and create business process documentation and work instructions.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 5/6 and the base salary will be in the range of $70,648 to $88,743 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $82,658 to $103,829 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
