Who We're Searching For
We're looking for experienced and motivated professionals who can deliver high-quality training and assessment in
* HLT33115 Certificate III in Health Services Assistance and
* CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health.

Your Superpowers (AKA Key Responsibilities)
* Assess learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback (70% assessment load)
* Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions that keep learners motivated and on track
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records with strong attention to detail
* Support learners with disability and contribute to the delivery of inclusive, accessible learning experiences
* Review, refresh and improve training and assessment materials to ensure ongoing quality
* Participate in assessment validation activities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
* Work collaboratively with workplace supervisors to support learner success on placement
* Build and maintain strong industry connections to ensure training remains current and relevant
What You Bring to the Table
* A minimum qualification of a Diploma of Nursing
* Experience: At least 3 years of full-time industry experience in the health sector.
* Industry currency: at least 3 out of the past 5 years working in industry, with a minimum of 60 hours of industry practice in the past 12 months (we love it when you keep your skills sharp).
* Training and assessment Qualifications: including one of the following:
* TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
* A diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training
* A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials:
o TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set, or
o TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set or its successor, or
o TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor.
* Strong digital literacy skills and a knack for using online tools to create engaging learning experiences.
