What you will do
You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic Parts Service Team, through developing strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.
- As the face of Scania Parts, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email)
- Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts
- Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
- Be part of the shift towards a sustainable transport future
Who you are
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
