About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Customer service Officer to join a dynamic and values-driven team based out of Ravenhall VIC Key Responsibilities Liaise with suppliers to build strong relationships Track outstanding orders and overdue deliveries using Microsoft Navision Collaborate across departments to support inventory optimisation Maintain accurate records Assist with supplier onboarding and other administrative tasks Ensure all activities align with company safety, compliance, and sustainability standards Deliver prompt, professional service to internal and external stakeholders Data entry Adhoc duties that may arise About You Familiarity with inventory systems – experience with Microsoft Navision is a bonus Excellent communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and a structured, organised approach Professional phone manner and service-focused mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) A team player who acts with integrity, respect, and accountability Eager to learn, adaptable to change, and comfortable taking initiative Alignment with company values and a genuine interest in the construction industry Go Ahead Group is a national provider of Trades & Services to the Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering and Warehousing Industries Australia wide.
