Responsibilities
* Providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring delivery of complex financial projects and initiatives.
* Developing and overseeing high-level financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting frameworks.
* Driving the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies to achieve agency objectives.
* Leading and managing budgeting processes to align with legislative requirements and organizational goals.

* Mentoring Level 3 and Level 2 Financial Analysts, ensuring project objectives are achieved.

* Leading initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
* 16+ years of experience in financial analysis and leadership.
* Professional certifications (CPA, CA) highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
