About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised person to join our Port Macquarie office. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between customers, drivers, and our operations team. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting our drivers to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Communication
* Track and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
* Answer incoming sales calls, gather job details, prepare quotations, and communicate pricing to customers
* Call existing customers to check on satisfaction levels and explore opportunities for growth
* Driver Support
* Monitor and check in with drivers to ensure expectations are being met
* Manage and filter driver recruitment advertisements
* Follow up with both customers and drivers after their first job to ensure smooth onboarding
* Administration & Coordination
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently – balancing customer calls with incoming quotes
* Maintain accurate records using Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs

Requirements
* Excellent telephone manner with clear and professional communication skills
* Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
* Organisational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
