Job Description
* Develop and implement effective procurement strategies (greenfield) to support business objectives.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal value and performance.
* Lead contract negotiations and oversee compliance with procurement policies.
* Identify cost‐saving opportunities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organisational goals.
* Analyse market trends to inform decision‐making and sourcing strategies.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team to achieve set targets.
* Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Procurement Manager should have:
* Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, particularly in Technology & Telecoms (essential).
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
* Proficiency in developing and executing procurement strategies.
* Exceptional analytical and decision‐making abilities.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving organisational goals.
* Familiarity with procurement‐related compliance and risk management processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
