With multiple projects underway across South East Queensland—and more in the pipeline—we are seeking skilled concrete patchers to join projects based in Varsity Lakes and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed concrete patching, repairs, and finishing on high and mid-rise residential projects Perform surface preparation, grinding, and remedial works to achieve high-quality finishes Assist with concrete placement where required, with a focus on final presentation and touch-ups Support minor steel fixing and associated tasks as needed Work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines Maintain strict safety standards and deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship About You Proven experience as a Concrete Patcher or in concrete finishing/remedial works Strong background in patching, repairs, and achieving high-quality concrete finishes Experience working on high-rise or mid-rise residential construction projects Solid understanding of residential slab work ( essential ) Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality workmanship What you'll get Competitive hourly rates super Ongoing work with potential for future projects Opportunity to showcase your skills on major builds Support from a dedicated labour hire team that puts you first Apply Now!
