We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to drive profitability and efficiency across our business in Oceania. This is a high-impact full-time permanent role partnering closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver commercial excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rebate Management: Own the rebate process to ensure accurate compliant and timely payments.
* Pricing Insights: Develop tools and models to improve price-to-margin realization and overall profitability across products and customers.
* Governance Compliance: Act as the regional expert for sales governance topics ensuring adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
* Reporting Analysis: Deliver regular financial and commercial reporting on rebates, sales performance and contract structures.
* Process Ownership: Lead the Rebate Module and drive system/process improvements for greater transparency and efficiency.
* Finance Partnering: Build strong relationships to deliver financial insight and drive decision-making.
* P/L Management: Monitor divisional profit and loss providing actionable insights to improve performance.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimization through Lean BPS or Six Sigma principles.
As a Commercial Analyst you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and make recommendations for improvement.
