About the role
We're looking for a Contracts Administrator & Estimator to join our team, working on high-end architectural homes. This role suits someone who is detail orientated and enjoys being involved from early pricing through to project delivery.
You'll play a key role from cost planning and tendering through to contract administration and project delivery, collaborating closely with architects, clients, and site teams.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
* Conduct trade pricing, subcontractor engagement, and scope alignment
* Provide value engineering input while maintaining design integrity
* Manage contracts, variations and procurement processes
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Maintain project cost control and reporting throughout delivery
What we're looking for
* Experience in estimating and/or contract administration, ideally within high-end residential construction
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, estimating principles and construction operations
* Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications
* High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders
* Proficient in the use of construction estimating software and MS Office applications
