SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing support and guidance to the team
* Maintaining product and service quality
* Ensuring store cleanliness and tidiness
* Overseeing shift management
* Maintaining accurate business records and compliance with policies and procedures
* Creating a warm and welcoming environment for customers
* Leading by example and directing teams in product preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards
* Fostering a positive workplace culture and promoting teamwork
ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
* Taking \"ownership\" of the store
* Responsible for staff training and development
* Exceeding expectations in Customer Service
* Ensuring profitability of the business
* Showing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliers
* Demonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the role
* Striving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every time
* Managing employee performance
* Ensuring effective communication with staff, customers and stakeholders
* Motivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balance
* WH&S and Food Safety Compliance
* Product ordering and stock control

To be successful in these positions you should possess the following attributes:
