About the Role
Accounts/Administration and Rostering Officer – Office based in Wollongong NSW
Responsibilities of the role include;
Rostering of shifts for support workers
Approval of timesheets for payroll
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Regular communication with support workers
General office duties including - banking, mail, answering phones, managing petty cash budgets.
To support Interchange Illawarra's mission, strategic direction and core values.

Key Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant studies
Minimum 3 years working in an accounts or a business administration role
Demonstrated time management skills
Highly developed digital literacy, in addition to proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated experience working in the NDIS environment
Experience using MYP, Budgetly and Clicksend
Experience using MYOB or similar accounting packages
Exposure to HR practices including rostering and award interpretation
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Working with Children Check, Police Check and NDISWC.
