Our Commodities and Global Markets business combines specialist expertise, risk and capital solutions to help our clients realise opportunities in global markets including equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, technology, media and telecommunication. The Non-Financial Risk team plays a key role in continuously improving our processes, controls, and operational risk profile across our businesses globally.
This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?
You will play a hands-on role in the end-to-end implementation of the Obligations Management Register across business divisions. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document obligations, as well as the controls that manage them, ensuring alignment with Macquarie's Compliance Framework. You will actively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver training, offer tailored support, and provide actionable guidance to drive the successful adoption of the register. Furthermore, you will design and implement processes for ongoing monitoring and updates and create critical documentation to ensure the register's long-term effectiveness and sustainability.
What you offer
* 10+ years of experience in audit, assurance, operational risk, and/or compliance
* Knowledge and demonstratable experience within Financial Services
* A demonstrated risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
Front office or Line 1 Risk experience is highly regarded.
