Registered Nurse – Sexual Health - Incentives of $10,000 - $20,000 Offered
Location: Bourke Primary & Community Health Service
About the Role
Make a meaningful impact on community health in Bourke as a Sexual Health Services Nurse. This role offers independence, community integration, and comprehensive support and mentoring from local health professionals. Prior knowledge of sexual health nursing is beneficial but not mandatory, as full training will be provided. A deep respect for Indigenous communities and culturally safe care are essential.
The RN will lead and support community health initiatives, providing information, assessments, interventions, education, and health promotion activities to reduce HIV, STI's, and Blood Borne Viruses, aiming to improve health outcomes for clients, families, and communities.
Applicants must obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check if involved in NDIS-related work, as per regulations.
