We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at our Milton Head Office.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries and orders with precision and care.
Key responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain effective communication with sales and production staff
* Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department or manager
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
