Responsibilities and goals you'll own:
? Working as part of the Oricom team to provide excellent customer service.
? Respond to and resolve customer queries including troubleshooting through phone, email and repairs quickly and effectively.
? Assist in troubleshooting and testing product, recording findings in database and actioning accordingly.
? Work closely with the warehouse to meet customer needs.
? Resolving customer's needs through effective questioning & active listening skills whilst ensuring they have a positive expereince.
Experience and requirements:
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to solve problems logically and critically.
? 2+ years Experience favourable, ideally within a call centre or customer support environment.
Supporting connected devices and automotive products highly regarded.
? Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
? Experience with supporting and testing electronic devices.
? Competency in Microsoft office and general computer skills, technologically-savvy.
