A bit about the role
As a OneCouncil Planning and Building Product Specialist, you'll help shape how we deliver planning and building services across the City of Casey. You'll use your expertise to support the design, configuration, and testing of the new TechnologyOne Planning & Building solution, working closely with program teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and lasting impact.
What you'll deliver
* Design, configure and test the TechnologyOne Planning and Building solution, ensuring alignment with OneCouncil program scope and design principles.
* Collaborate with the OneCouncil program team, service owners and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration and reporting activities to ensure quality outcomes.
* Assist with training, change and deployment activities to drive adoption across the organisation.
* Identify and escalate risks, issues and improvement opportunities to ensure successful program delivery.
What you'll bring
* Strong knowledge and experience in business or system analysis, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven problem-solving and organisational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* A proactive, change-ready mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting transformation.
* Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise systems (highly regarded).
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
