We pay in accordance with the 2025 Pay Guide – SCHADS Award [MA000100], Social and Community Services stream, Employee Level 1 Pay Point 3 (Casual) – $35.15 per hour.

About the Role
This role is about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their goals and be part of their community. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll:
* Provide social and community participation support (appointments, outings, social groups, sports, community engagement)
* Encourage skill-building and confidence in everyday life
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Help participants engage in meaningful activities and pursue their interests
* Walk alongside participants as they work towards their NDIS goals
About You
You don't need formal qualifications to apply, what matters most is your attitude and values. We're looking for people who are:
* Empathetic, reliable, and approachable
* Good listeners with strong communication skills
* Flexible and proactive in supporting others
* Motivated to make a positive difference in someone life
Essential Requirements
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Full working rights in Australia
