About the Role
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to take responsibility for improving and running a busy sushi and Asian takeaway shop in Hobart.
This is not a passive management role.
We are looking for someone who can step in, take control, and drive real improvements in team performance, efficiency, and daily operations.
You will be expected to lead from the front, work alongside the team during service, and take ownership of store results.
Candidates must have full Australian work rights.
What You Will Be Responsible For
* Take full ownership of daily store operations
* Improve team performance, discipline, and efficiency
* Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions
* Lead the team during busy service periods
* Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation
* Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
* Manage stock ordering and reduce waste
* Take responsibility for store performance and results

Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality or takeaway is required
* Experience leading a small team is essential
* Experience improving store performance is highly regarded
Salary
Salary package: $68,000 – $100,000 depending on experience and performance
