Senior Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless store functioning, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail or hospitality management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, growing sales, and improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth, cost control, and profitability targets.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels, supplier relationships, and ordering processes to ensure smooth store operations.
* Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, supervising, rostering, and performance-managing staff members.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, OH&S, and workplace standards at all times.
* Monitor financial performance, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements.
* Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
* Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
* Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
* A minimum of 12 months of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, grow sales, and manage operational efficiency.
* Proven leadership and staff management skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Solid understanding of retail food operations, including food safety standards.
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
