Full Time Senior Bookkeeper Geelong

* Casual moving to Part time - Flexible working hours (negotiable)
* 4-5 day per week
* Work from home

Located in Geelong, we are a small team where everyone has a voice, opinions are heard and our pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience has cemented Miss Money Penny Bookkeeping as the go-to company for personalised bookkeeping expertise across Geelong, the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.

Due to strong growth, we are seeking an experience senior bookkeeper to join our team.

On offer:

* Causal or negatable part-time approximately 20- 30 hours per week.

* All the training and support you need from the Director and team to ensure your success.

Your day will see you across general bookkeeping duties such as processing payroll, reconciliations, generating reports, preparing BAS, super lodgements, Coinvest, Incolink, TPAR reporting and Workcover declarations along with general administration duties.

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

Underpinning your success will be:

* Your high attention to detail, eye for quality and process coupled with sound verbal and written communication
* Exceptional organisational skills, a self-starter with the ability to review your own work
* 5 years' experience providing bookkeeping and payroll service
* Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
* A high proficiency in Xero a must have, with Xero Certification highly desirable
* Advanced proficiency in Xero features and functionality is required
* IT management skills highly desirable
* CRM experience (monday.com)
* Experience lodging BAS and using the BAS portal.

In addition, you will have the ability to see things from the customers viewpoint ensuring processes are followed, the highest quality standards are maintained, and deadlines are met.
