We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Learning Advisor. This role will play a key part in building a culture where all employees thrive, by contributing to a multi-year learning and development work programme.
About the Role
As a Learning Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering fit-for-purpose learning solutions, supporting programme delivery, and evaluating the impact of our learning initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams and external providers to source providers, coordinate learning events, and support continuous improvement across our learning systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees, including workshops, training sessions, and online courses.
* Work with stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop strategies to address them.
* Coordinate the delivery of learning programmes, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
* Analyse data and evaluate the effectiveness of our learning initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning principles and best practice approaches.
* Strong understanding of user experience, with experience improving learning services and processes.
* Research, analysis, and reporting skills, with the ability to manage data and draw meaningful insights.
* A commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and an understanding of te ao Māori.
* Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural worldviews and how this translates to a learning context.
