About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to play a critical role in supporting Smart Energy's continued growth.
This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for building, embedding, and overseeing a robust compliance and risk framework across our sales, installation, and internal operations. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure we meet regulatory, legal, and industry requirements while enabling the business to scale confidently and sustainably.
You'll have a clear view of how compliance fits into the bigger picture - not as a blocker, but as an enabler of smarter decision-making, better systems, and stronger outcomes.
Please note: This role is based on-site at our vibrant Byron Bay HQ (Mon–Fri).
