We are hiring a technical cloud computing architect to collaborate with customers and partners on Big Data and Analytics solutions, focusing on real‐time and batch‐based processing, business intelligence, HPC, and machine learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Design customer solutions and collaborate with AWS field sales, presales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services such as EMR, Redshift, Kinesis, Amazon Machine Learning, AWS Lambda, Data Pipeline, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
* Engage with solution architects, account managers, professional services, and partners to develop an analytics engagement strategy for AWS operational territories and key accounts.
* Provide global thought leadership on analytics solutions that benefit customers through AWS services, contributing to external publications, white papers, reference architectures, and internal training and coaching.
* Serve as a key member of the business development and account management team to ensure customer success in building and migrating applications, software and services on the AWS platform.
* Assist solution providers with the definition and implementation of technical and business strategies.
* Capture and share best‐practice knowledge among the worldwide AWS solution architect community.
* Understand AWS market segments and industry verticals.
* Understand and exploit the use of internal business support systems.
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or internet industries.
* 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
* 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
* Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
* Experience working with end user or developer communities.
* Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private.
* Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‐SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI, and data & analytics.
